Phase 1: Building the Foundations

  • Management Platform for Cooperatives:

    Develop an open-source, privacy-respecting platform with tools for secure voting, shared calendars, collective note-taking, decision logs, and federated wikis. Designed for self-hosting and adaptability to various cooperative models.

  • Deployment App for Decentralized Services:

    Create a one-click deployment tool (Docker-based) for self-hosting alternatives to corporate services like Google Drive, Facebook, and email. Pre-bundled with services such as Nextcloud, Mastodon, PeerTube, and more.

Phase 2: Expanding Capabilities

  • AI-Powered Ethical Tech Infrastructure:

    Develop open-source AI systems focused on empowering local communities while protecting user privacy. Prioritize edge-device inference and integrate personal/community-level LLMs for knowledge synthesis, decision support, and automation.

  • Transparency Bot Network ("EthicalCrawl"):

    Launch a federated network of bots to crawl public records, news sources, and transparency databases, promoting accountability and open access to information.

Phase 3: Long-Term Vision

  • Decentralized Alternatives to Corporate Platforms:

    Develop AI-powered, privacy-first alternatives to large corporate platforms, redirecting power and wealth back to the people while prioritizing environmental sustainability and ethical governance.

  • Global Cooperative Network:

    Foster a global network of cooperatives using our tools to collaborate, share resources, and build a decentralized digital commons.
